1. Service Description

EnTrans Nordic is a techno-economic feasibility analysis tool for solar PV, wind, and battery storage systems in Nordic and Baltic commercial and industrial markets. The service is provided by Energy Transition Services Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Capalaba QLD 4034, Australia.

The results produced by the tool — including NPV, IRR, payback, LCOE, and savings projections — are indicative and informational in nature. They do not replace a professional engineering assessment, an energy audit, or qualified financial advice.

2. Data Accuracy

Market pricing data is sourced from Nord Pool and the Elering API (publicly available sources). Network tariff data, financial parameters, and weather data are based on representative values updated periodically. We do not guarantee that the data reflects real-time market or tariff conditions in force.

Actual results for a real project may vary significantly based on site-specific conditions, the supply contract, actual consumption profile, local weather conditions, and future energy price trends.

3. Limitation of Liability

Energy Transition Services Pty Ltd accepts no liability for investment, financing, or design decisions based on results produced by EnTrans Nordic. The user is solely responsible for interpreting and applying the tool's results.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, design, content, and trademarks associated with EnTrans Nordic and hette.org are the exclusive property of Energy Transition Services Pty Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following are prohibited:

▸Automated access (scraping, bots) without authorisation
▸Use of the service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
▸Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the system

6. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Applicable Law

For users resident in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply. For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction lies with the competent court under applicable EU consumer protection law.
