2. Data Collected
We collect your email address only when you provide it voluntarily — for example, to download a report, join the Pro waitlist, or contact us. Using the EnTrans Nordic analysis tools does not require any registration and does not involve the collection of personal data.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use your email address to send requested reports and occasional product updates. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for advertising purposes.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in our communications.
5. Data Retention
We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You may request deletion at any time by writing to privacy@hette.org.
6. Data Subject Rights
Under Arts. 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:
- ▸Access the personal data we process about you (Art. 15)
- ▸Request rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- ▸Request erasure of your data (Art. 17 — 'right to be forgotten')
- ▸Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)

7. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use third-party tracking or analytics cookies. Server logs record anonymous access data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and performance monitoring. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not linked to personal identities.
8. Third-Party Services
The EnTrans Nordic application is hosted on Google Cloud Run (europe-north1 region). Computation requests are processed server-side and are not saved or linked to your identity. Weather data is provided by the JRC European Commission PVGIS service. Market pricing data is sourced from the Elering API (publicly available). No personal data is transmitted to any of these services.
